Crypto exchange Kraken has appointed Benjamin Gray as its chief legal officer, it said Tuesday, after longtime top lawyer Marco Santori stepped down last month.
Gray, most recently global general counsel and corporate secretary for stablecoin issuer Paxos Trust Co. LLC, will oversee Kraken’s legal, compliance, and enterprise risk management operations, the company said.
