Coinbase has announced that it will list Ancient8 (A8) under the “Experimental” label in the coming hours. This label is preferred for speculative and newly launched assets. The announcement stated:
“Coinbase will add support for Ancient8 (A8) on the Ethereum network (ERC-20 token). Do not send this asset over other networks, or your funds may be lost. Trading will begin later today if liquidity conditions are met. Once sufficient supply of this asset is established, trading on our A8-USD pair will be gradually initiated. A8 support may be restricted in some supported jurisdictions.
