MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. successfully closes its Series 008 Digital Security Tokens offering, raising S$22.06 million. The tokens are set to list on the ADDX security token trading platform as part of their S$100 million unsecured commercial paper program. Notably, a significant subscription came from an internal party related to the company’s executive leadership.
